The foods you mentioned are very calorie dense so it is possible to add a lot of calories to your diet without ingesting a huge volume of food. Andy Bolton weighs close to 350 pounds and is massively string. Part of his strength comes from his great weight – the old adage in strongman circles being it takes weight to lift weight.

In a recent interview, AB said he tries to eat as healthily as he can but to eat enough to maintain his massive bodyweight, he would need to eat very big meals all the time. To get around this, adding calorie rich but healthy fats like coconut and olive oil allow him to ingest a lot of calories but eating more manageable meals.

If you want to gain weight fast, this is one way to do it and far better than ingesting lots of empty sugar calories.
